International Clinical Trial Center Network
The International Clinical Trial Center Network (ICN) was established in 2015 by the Cambridge Clinical Trials Unit (CCTU) and 9 other global partners. Its aim is to foster excellence at each stage of clinical trial development and conduct by bringing together the expertise of its members. ICN services are available to help the development of newly established clinical trial units, and members are encouraged to collaborate on international multi-site trials.
Dr Thomas Hiemstra, PLRH Director and Clinical Trialist at CCTU, is the current Vice Chairperson, and will discuss patient involvement and the PLRH at the upcoming ICN annual meeting (Freiburg, 26-27 September). Cambridge will host the 2020 meeting.
