JLA Priority Setting Partnerships
The James Lind Alliance brings patients, carers and clinicians together in ‘priority setting partnerships’ (PSPs) to identify and prioritise unanswered questions within a specific diagnosis. Generally, the top questions are then used to commission new research. It’s an NIHR-funded initiative, aiming to make sure health research funders are aware of issues that matter most to the people who need to use the research in their everyday lives. They’ve released a new video, explaining the PSP process – watch it here!
